The Company possesses silicon-based MOS/IGBT/IPM modules, has mass-produced SiC MOS (8-inch/12-inch, over 4,000 pieces per month), has deployed onboard SmartMOS chips, and has built a 2,000-square-meter IPM module factory.

In fields such as consumer electronics, photovoltaic, and automotive electronics, the Company rapidly expanded its business into the supply chains of many leading enterprises including SAIC, Xiaomi, Gree, and Goodwe.
